The Vibe-to-Paid Challenge · A three-week cohort with Pharah Jean-Philippe
You've built the app. Now what?
A three-week challenge for consultants, creatives, and builders who can make something beautiful in Lovable but haven't yet figured out how to package it, price it, connect it to a CRM, and keep getting paid after launch. Week 0 opens October 15. We start together October 20 and finish November 11, with time to launch your offer before Black Friday.

The conversation I keep having
Over the last few weeks I've talked with a lot of AI consultants, and so many of them are gifted builders. They can sit down with Lovable and have a working app by dinner.
Still, when I ask what happened after they delivered it, the answer usually sounds the same: the client paid once, said thank you, and that was the end of it. So they start wondering whether the real money is in agents, or video, or whatever everyone is talking about this month.
I understand that pull. But I build for clients every month, and the income in my business doesn't come from the build alone. It comes from everything I attach to it: a clear package, a price I can say out loud with confidence, a CRM working quietly behind the site, and a monthly plan that keeps my client supported long after launch day. Most of us were never shown that part. This challenge is where I show you.
The curriculum
Opens October 15
If you've never built in Lovable, start here. Short recorded lessons take you from your very first prompt to a live page, so you walk into Week 1 ready to work alongside everyone else. If you already build, use it as a refresher or skip ahead.
Begins October 20
We take one build and turn it into an offer you can sell again and again. You'll decide what's included and what isn't, how updates and changes are handled, and how to hand off a client build so your client owns everything while you stay on as their builder.
Begins October 27
You'll set a real price, write a pitch that sounds like you, get specific about who you're selling to, and reach out to actual prospects before the week ends. We'll practice the moment someone asks "how much?" until answering it feels natural.
Begins November 3
This is the week most courses leave out. We connect your build to GoHighLevel so every sign-up lands in a pipeline with tags and automated follow-up, and then we design the monthly care plan that gives your clients ongoing support and gives you income that repeats. You leave with your Black Friday offer ready to go.
Wednesday, November 11 · 7 PM ET
Everyone shows what they built, shares their offer, and celebrates what we finished as a group.
How we'll work together
Each week's lessons are recorded and waiting for you in a private training portal, so you can learn on your own schedule, whether that's early morning before work or late at night after the house is quiet.
Every Wednesday from 7 to 9 PM ET, we meet live for two hours of hot seats. You bring whatever you're working on, I coach you through it in front of the group, and everyone learns from every question asked. Our live sessions are October 21, October 28, and November 4, with Launch Night on November 11. If you miss one, the replay goes into the portal.
The templates I use in my own business: an offer sheet, a pricing worksheet, a service agreement template modeled on the one I use with paying clients, and a step-by-step checklist for connecting your build to GoHighLevel.
Who this is for
This challenge is for the consultant who builds for clients but hasn't yet turned those builds into repeat income, the service provider who is ready to sell finished builds instead of hours, and the beginner who has never built anything but is willing to start with Week 0 and keep up. Everyone learns the same process at the same time, and everyone leaves with something real.
It isn't for anyone looking for a video library to collect and never open. This works because you show up, build, and try before you feel ready.

Meet Pharah
I spent more than twenty years leading learning and development at Fortune 500 companies, including Wells Fargo, Synchrony, and JPMorgan Chase, designing programs that helped people actually change the way they work. Today, through NarratAI®, I've trained more than 300 people in AI tools and AI-powered building.
I build for clients and for myself. Hearth & Capital is a funding hub and application workspace centered on Black women founders and welcoming all women of color. SerenAI™ was built live at Lovable's SheBuilds event and selected as one of seven apps for a live demo. Amour Atelier is a private writing and publishing studio for romance authors. And Idea Architect, my own product at ideaarchitect.app, turns a raw app idea into a build-ready PRD and AI prompt for Lovable, Cursor, and Bolt. Everyone in the challenge can use it to create their PRD, and your first blueprint is free.
In this challenge, I teach you the same process I use on paid client work, including everything that happens after the site goes live.
Founding seats
I'm capping this cohort at 25 so the Wednesday hot seats stay personal and every person gets real time with me. Once the class is full, the next seats go to the list for the following cohort.
Saying yes should feel good. If life shifts before Week 0 opens on October 15, just let me know and I'll refund you in full.

Straight answers
Three weeks from now, you could have a build you're proud of, an offer you can explain to anyone, a price you believe in, and a client system that keeps paying you after launch. I'd love to build that with you.
